In order to ensure safe charging of your use of the product, we have a Redmi Note battery encrypted design. With the use of unofficial battery, it will not charge. If you are using the original Redmi Note battery (BM41), we recommend that you carry out the investigation in the following ways:
- If the phone cannot boot because of depleted battery , we recommend that you use the original standard charger for 15-30 minutes, and try booting after the phone LED lights light up;
- We recommend that you temporarily replace with other chargers and data cables;
- Check with another battery to try to see if you can properly charge;
- If you cannot resolve using above methods, it is recommended that you bring the phone to the nearest Xiaomi authorized repair point for testing.
